Wilderness Festival

At Creator, we thrive on the energy of a festival - and the unique challenges that come with festival brand activations. At Wilderness Festival 2025, we worked with AVEENO® Haircare to deliver an unforgettable experience: the ‘Fields of Gold’ Braid Bar.

This immersive wellness activation invited festivalgoers into a calming retreat, offering a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy professional hair braiding. At the centre of the space stood a custom-designed braiding station, the visual showstopper, painstakingly created by hand from natural materials, acting as a focal point for the space.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the space seamlessly transformed throughout the weekend - from a rejuvenating Pilates studio led by local trainer Chloe Hodgson, to a chill-out lounge complete with a DJ.

To bring the brand to life, Heaps + Stacks’ design created an environment focused on natural materials, including hand-lettered signage on birch wood, a neutral colour palette, and layered textures. The result was a beautifully crafted, sensory-rich space that captured Aveeno’s essence of care, calm, and connection.
