Madri at All Points East

Victoria Park, London

A weathered container - soggy wood, oxidised mirror finish - arrived at our workshop. We saw potential, not decay. Through expert container conversion and fabrication, we transformed raw steel into a fully branded, festival activation space designed to pour drinks, engage guests, and pull in crowds.

On the ground level, the container was reborn as a high-impact brand experience. A merch kiosk and custom bar came to life with sharp neon signage and retail-ready finishes, serving crisp pints of Madrí to a buzzing festival audience. This space not only showcased the brand but also created a social hub that anchored the activation.

Upstairs delivered something entirely different - an immersive brand journey that fused storytelling with playful interaction. We brought the client’s idea of a multi-layered treasure hunt to life, hiding engagement opportunities in plain sight Guests started in a street-scene installation with magnetic posters concealing the first code. A bespoke mechanism lifted a Madrí can from an ice bucket to reveal the second. A full-wall vinyl illustration hid the third. The journey climaxed in a bank of custom lockers - one lighting up a secret code, another rigged to play music on opening, and the final locker daring guests to reach into a mysterious tube to retrieve the last clue.

Every element of this upcycled container build was custom-fabricated, festival-ready, and brand-focused. From design to delivery, we created an activation space that turned an unloved container into the highlight of the festival - proving the power of creative fabrication in brand experience.
