Another city, another transformation. This time, Billie Eilish touched down in London for the next stop on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour - and Creator reunited with long-time collaborators Slaack Productions to make it one to remember.

Berlin? We had to remove part of a door. London? Let’s just say geometry got weird.

Set inside the iconic brick tunnels of Kachette Shoreditch, the venue offered a distinctive spatial brief: curved walls, narrow access, and a bold, underground energy. To bring the Billie Eilish x Amex merch pop-up to life, the Creator team adapted and reconfigured the touring set to fit the space - preserving the tour’s visual identity while responding directly to the venue’s unique character.

The result? A high-impact, immersive retail installation that blurred the line between merch store and fan experience. Featuring bespoke detailing, exclusive Hit Me Hard and Soft tour merch, and a cohesive design language, the London activation delivered big energy and brand presence in one of East London’s most atmospheric venues.
