Andy leads Creator’s event management team, planning and delivering a wide range of projects from large outdoor events to intimate brand experiences. Andy has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Disney, Nokia and the BBC.

Business Development Manager

Cath drives our understanding of client needs and is a key factor in building long lasting client relationships. Cath is responsible for sourcing new opportunities and keeping existing clients informed of Creator’s growing portfolio of projects and capabilities.

Niall Gebbie

Contracts Director

Niall has a background in scenic carpentry and, coupled with his CAD training, is able to get under the skin of any job. From the estimate stage through to design, build and delivery, Niall works closely with clients to achieve innovative and creative solutions on time and on budget.

Rob Lansdown

Design Manager

Rob oversees all of our design and build projects, making the creative vision a reality. His skills include AutoCAD, Microstation and Inventor 3D. With a thorough understanding of design, materials and construction, Rob ensures that all of our projects answer the client brief perfectly.

PROJECT MANAGER

Ian works alongside clients to create budgets, schedules and drawings to take projects from concept to reality. Ian provides a seamless link between the client, our design and construction teams and third party contractors.

Laura McHugh-de Silva

Project Manager

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Project Manager.  With a Degree in Scenic Construction and years of experience producing set and staging for corporate events, theatre and TV, Laura works closely with clients and the workshop team to make her clients’ ideas a reality.

Event Production Manager

Olly brings a huge amount of experience to Creator in the areas of tour & production planning, event management and audio visual expertise, which he has gained working across several continents. Olly works closely with our clients to deliver event management solutions for a wide variety of projects.

PROJECT ASSISTANT

Hayley assists Creator’s Project Managers at all stages of a contract and ensures that our clients receive excellent service. With a Degree in the History of Art and previous roles at Penguin Books and The Royal Ballet, Hayley brings a high level of creativity and organisation to the Creator team.

WORKSHOP MANAGER

Warren has been with Creator for 14 years and oversees all work that goes through our workshop and works closely with our Design Manager to achieve our client’s creative vision.

PRINT MANAGER

Creator has an in-house graphics and print department. This provides our clients with a seamless and fully integrated print service.

Danny Smith

Construction Manager

Having worked for Creator for the past 21 years, Danny has a wealth of knowledge and skill in carpentry and set building.

Nicola Phillpot

Office Administrator

Nicola manages reception, raises invoices and provides administrative back-up for the Creator team.  With experience in accounting and plumbing and a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, Nicola ensures the smooth-running of the Creator office and workshop.
