Internal communications project to increase awareness within the company of customer experience.

Brief
Manufacture & Build

Challenge
To build 5 large ‘Totems’ that resembled the tail fin of an aeroplane and which were placed in the foyer of BA’s Head Office to encourage staff interaction.


Each totem had individual functions requiring different input from staff and so, although they were all the same shape and basic colour, different fixtures and fittings were applied, varying from mirrors and lecterns to boxes that swivelled around a pole.


On completion of the activity we were asked to store the totems for future events due to the campaign’s success. Event though the totems were very large, this did not present a problem as we had recently acquired a storage facility adjoined to our workshop.
