EXPERIENCED CONTRACTS MANAGER
Rural location near Biggin Hill
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our busy team. You will be responsible for taking initial briefs from the client and managing the project from the initial concept, liaising with client, suppliers and production staff throughout the production process, to final delivery on site. You will be responsible for budget management and profitability of the projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, they must also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. Experience of working with Autocad, Microsoft Office applications are essential, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Autodesk would be advantageous in addition to basic carpentry skills and a good sense of humour.

Starting salary circa £32,000 - dependent on ability, experience and proven track record.
